Raw Material Sourcing & Melting

We begin with carefully selected raw materials, melted in our four 40 MT induction furnaces, ensuring a 0.5 million TPA melting capacity for pure and consistent steel billets.

Billet Casting & Hot Rolling

Molten steel is cast into ISI-certified billets, which are then hot-rolled through state-of-the-art machinery to achieve the desired diameters and uniform rib patterns.

THERMEX Quenching & Self-Tempering

The core of our process: hot rolled bars undergo rapid quenching with water, followed by self-tempering, creating a hardened outer layer and a soft, ductile core for superior properties.

Atmospheric Cooling & Finishing

After the Thermex process, bars cool naturally on a cooling bed, allowing the core to transform into a ferritic-pearlitic structure. They are then cut, bundled, and prepared for dispatch.
